• Goal Multiplier: Stress/General = 1.0 | Focus = 0.9 | Sleep = 0.85 | Anxiety = 1.15 | Spiritual = 1.25
• Consistency Factor: 0.75 + (days_per_week ÷ 7) × 0.40 → range [0.75, 1.15]
• Minimum effective session = 5 minutes
